Mark Hoban MP, Financial Secretary to the Treasury

Mark Hoban was appointed Financial Secretary to the Treasury in 2010.

He was appointed the Shadow Financial Secretary to the Treasury in 2005.

Between 2003 and 2005 he was Shadow Minister for Schools.

Prior to 2003, he was an Opposition Whip. Between 2001 and 2003 he was a member of the Select Committee on Science and Technology.

After graduating he qualified as a chartered accountant, and went on to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers between 1985 and 2001.

Mark has been the MP for Fareham since 2001.
