Nicolas Aubert

Nicolas Aubert, Managing Director, Chartis Europe Limited

Nicolas Aubert was appointed Managing Director for Chartis Insurance UK Limited (now Chartis Europe Limited) in July 2011.

He joined Chartis in June 2002 as Deputy General Manager, France and was promoted to General Manager in 2003 and MD South Europe in July 2010, leading 12 country operations in South Europe.

Prior to Chartis, Nicolas worked at Generali, as a P&C underwriting surveyor, and worked through various leadership positions at GAN and Cigna-ACE.

Nicolas graduated from Pantheon-Sorbonne University of Paris with a Master of Advanced Studies of Insurance Law and from the Insurance Institute of Paris (IAP).

He has also completed an MBA at the High Insurance Studies Center (CHEA), and at International Executive Program of INSEAD.
